BIOGRAPHY
"To Decatur from the Trailer where I took my first steps"-Tom P
Tom P; hailing from Decatur, is a rapper who began writing and
recording at the age of 11 and has since propelled himself to the top
of the indie scene. In his "college years" he began to headline his own
shows, often selling out venues, and bringing out crowds topping in the
thousands. Eventually headlining, and promoting large warehouse
concerts to accommodate his rapidly growing fan base. His popularity is
no doubt due to his unique flow, undeniable lyrics, and that he strayed
from gimmicks; not conforming to either a "mainstream" or "underground"
sound. He has grown into a grass roots movement with no label,
management, or financial backing; relying on pure talent and word of
mouth to spread the word; so much so that it has lead to articles in
many popular publications, blogs, ec. and leading to performances at
the A3C, SXSW, the fox theatre, toured w/ Bone Thugs, opened for Three
6, B.O.B, D12, Nappy Roots & more. Tom P is generally known in
Atlanta for his hard work, dedication, and passion for music that has
poised him to be the next big thing out of ATL. Root for the underdog!
